We are looking for senior Accountant to be responsible for manage the financial operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of import transactions. Responsibilities for Senior Account II

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports for the company.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Payroll: Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
• Transaction Recording: Record and manage all real estate transactions, including sales, purchase, and property management activities.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
• Support: Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.
• Perform other financial duties as assigned by the finance manager and top management.
