Job Description
- Handle all accounting treatments from coding up to preparation of statements for further review by the Division Manager.
- Codify or check coding of any data entries to be transferred from Treasury and Investment Division.
- Raise journal vouchers at the time of arrival and make ready for further treatment.
- Handle postings to the general ledger and sub-ledgers timely and properly.
- Undertake annual Fixed Asset inventory count with Property Administration Division.
- Ensure that sales revenue from IBOs is collected and summarize same quarterly.
- Participate in tasks of financial analysis whereby to release statements/information for decision making.
- Work out depreciation of fixed assets as per the pre-determined schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: BA in Accounting/Finance and Accounting or related fields
Work Experience:6 Years Related Experience
