Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee safety and security operations at our franchised hotel. If you have a strong background in hotel security management and are committed to ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff, we want to hear from you!
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures in accordance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
- Ensure guest and staff safety at all times
- Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with hotel management to enhance safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management, social studies, or related field.
- Proven three years’ experience in hotel security management or related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures
- Relevant certifications (Security License, First Aid/CPR) preferred
