· Lead and coach the SDR team to achieve targets
· Monitor performance and provide continuous feedback
· Improve lead generation and prospect qualification strategies
· Track KPIs and report performance insights
· Ensure best practices in outbound sales execution Junior
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in SDR leadership or sales management
- Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Working Hours
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
