Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Female Sales Officer to join our growing team. The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves creating engaging social media content, providing daily sales updates to the Sales Supervisor, and representing Infinity Business Group PLC (Digital Suq) professionally to enhance the company's brand and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience

• Quantity Required: 20

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services.

• Identify and approach potential customers and business partners.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up on sales leads and close deals.

• Meet assigned sales targets and performance goals.

• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.

• Submit daily sales activity and progress reports to the Sales Supervisor.

• Create engaging content for the company's social media platforms, including photos, videos, and promotional posts, to support brand awareness and marketing campaigns.

• Represent the company professionally during meetings and events.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Amharic.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
