Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (BA/BSc or above) in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of relevant sales supervision experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in project sales,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Furniture industry experience is an added advantage.
