• Identify and secure project sales opportunities.

• Prepare quotations and proposals.

• Follow up on tenders and project opportunities.

• Develop and implement sales strategies.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (BA/BSc or above) in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of relevant sales supervision experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in project sales,

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

• Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Furniture industry experience is an added advantage.
