Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 1year experience

• Previous experience in computer, electronics, or technology product sales is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Receive and process customer orders accurately.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

• Identify and contact potential customers to promote products and services.

• Present product features, benefits, and prices to customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic to good knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and accessories.

• Good communication and computer skills ( word, excel etc)

• Strong customer-service and negotiation skills.

• Ability to explain technical products in simple language.

• Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.

• Honest, responsible, punctual, and professional.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
