Sales Representative - Laboratory Equipment

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Technology or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a Laboratory Technician, preferably in the import/export industry.

• Quantity Required: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge: Develop strong understanding of laboratory products and materials offered by the company to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and information to clients regarding product specifications, usage, and best practices.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of laboratory products to potential customers, showcasing their features and advantages.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.

• Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.

• Training and Support: Provide training to clients on the proper use of laboratory equipment and materials, ensuring they understand safety protocols and operational procedures.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels, generating reports for management as needed.
