Job Summary
Yousira Pharma PLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to promote and market the company's pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, build strong business relationships, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to wholesalers and distributors across the market
- Identify new wholesale business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesaler clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, wholesaler needs, and competitor activities
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and order volumes with wholesale clients
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
- Represent the company at relevant meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- BPharm (Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing (wholesale/distribution experience preferred)
- Valid pharmacy professional license (as required by EFDA)
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Ethiopian pharmaceutical wholesale market
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office
