Sales Officer

We’re Hiring: Sales Officer – Fertilizer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to lead the sales and distribution of our fertilizer product across Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Identify and develop new customers, agro-dealers, distributors, cooperatives, and other market opportunities.

• Independently generate leads, secure orders, and close sales.

• Build and manage a strong distribution network across assigned regions.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners.

• Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

• Promote the product and support market development activities.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Educational background in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural sales, preferably in fertilizer or agricultural inputs.

• Proven ability to develop sales opportunities, secure orders, and achieve targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Ethiopia.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of (Chinese is an asset)

• Compensation: Salary + Commission
