Sales & Marketing Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.

• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Reach out to leads through cold calling and networking.

• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within schedule.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

• Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.

• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, and opportunities.

• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.

• Continuously improve performance through feedback.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a similar role.

• Previous experience in mobile phones and mobile accessories sales is highly preferred.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and reporting skills.

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Willingness to travel and meet customers/clients as required.
