Job Description
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new markets and customers.
- Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and market analysis.
- Ability to follow up customer orders and payments.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify new customers and market opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Follow up sales orders from quotation to delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and logistics departments.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Additional training in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in a manufacturing, steel, construction-material, or industrial company is highly preferred.
