Job Description
Fila Motors is looking for a result driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Lead, coach and manage the sales team.
Develop corporate, institutional, fleet and key-account opportunities.
Manage sales pipeline, pricing, negotiations and customer relationships.
Drive digital marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition.
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, market trends and business opportunities.
Provide regular commercial performance reports to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Automotive, vehicle, fleet or corporate sales experience is highly preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.

A hands-on commercial leader with strong sales leadership, business development, negotiation, key account management and data driven decision making skills.
