Job Description
Fila Motors is looking for a result driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team.
- Develop corporate, institutional, fleet and key-account opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline, pricing, negotiations and customer relationships.
- Drive digital marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, market trends and business opportunities.
- Provide regular commercial performance reports to the General Manager.
Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Automotive, vehicle, fleet or corporate sales experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.

A hands-on commercial leader with strong sales leadership, business development, negotiation, key account management and data driven decision making skills.
