Sales Manager

Sunshine Retail looking for an experienced and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team. As a Catering Sales Head, you will play a key role in driving revenue through the sale of catering services for events and special occasions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targets

• Identify and pursue prospect business opportunities through proactive sales efforts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers

• Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts for catering services

• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum 6 years and above Proven experience in Hospitality, FMCG sales or a related sales role

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Who has a go-getter attitude

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
