Job Description
Position Title: Sales Manager (Showroom + Tender & Institutional)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead showroom and institutional sales; develop sales strategies; manage sales teams; identify tender opportunities; build client relationships; set and monitor sales targets
Note:
- Work locations include Head Office, Showrooms, and Warehouses across branches
- Relevant experience in furniture, retail, or import businesses is advantageous
- Salary is based on the company’s scale
- All applicants must comply with Ethiopian labor and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
BA/MA in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; 7/5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in tender and institutional sales required
