Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch electromechanical products (elevators, escalators, generators, HVAC) to developers and contractors.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare technical proposals.
- Negotiate terms, close contracts, and hit sales targets.
Build client relationships and ensure quality after-sales support.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Base Monthly + High Commission

Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related fields (Engineering background/exposure is a plus).
Experience: - 1–4 years in sales, preferably in construction, Elevators, Generators, or HVAC sectors.
Skills: - \Strong negotiation, communication, and pipeline management abilities.
