Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Purpose

To promote and sell the company's technology solutions, and services by identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, supporting tender and quotation preparation, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets and business growth

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through customer visits, telephone calls, email, networking, and market research.

• Able to do product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, new technologies, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with technical, presales, teams to provide suitable solutions and respond to customer requirements.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop sales opportunities and maintain relationships.

• Monitor sales opportunities and follow up on pending quotations and customer requests.

• Identify and monitor government and private-sector IT procurement opportunities, tenders, and requests for quotations.

• Support the preparation and submission of quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the Presales and Technical teams.

• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and records of sales activities.

• Follow up on submitted quotations, proposals, tenders, and customer inquiries.

Prepare regular sales reports and work toward achieving assigned sales targets

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Have good communication, negotiation, customer service, presentation, and reporting skills.

• Ability to identify business opportunities, work in a team, and meet sales targets.

• Basic understanding of IT products, networking, cybersecurity, audiovisual solutions, and technology services.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may apply.
