Currently the company is recruiting qualified candidates for the following position

Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an assigned client portfolio, drive business growth, prepare independent credit appraisal reports, and ensure timely loan disbursement and recovery. Act as the primary link between clients and management for daily business execution's loans within delegated authority, and mentor junior team members. Handle complex negotiations, problem loan restructures, and represent the company at external stakeholder meetings.

 Duty Station : Adama

Job Requirements

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in microfinance, banking, or credit operations.

• Proven ability to write credit appraisal reports and assess client risk.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.

• Sound knowledge of KYC, AML, and microfinance regulations.
