Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree in Migration, Demography, Population Studies, Sociology, Economics, Educational Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Statistics, Regional and local Development Planning, Educational Research and Development, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, Adult Education, Adult education and Life Long Learning, Special Needs Education, Pedagogy, Curriculum or development Studies with relevant work experience

Experience:

• Experience of 8 years for PhD and 10 Years of MA/MSC in the education Sector,

• Experience in Refugee education and working experience with World bank Funded projects is an advantage.

Duty Station:- Benishangul Gumuz region

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of the Ethiopian Education system, Effective interpersonal and Communication skills (Speaking, reading and writing) as well as Presentation skills in English Language are required/Compulsory.

• Knowledge of English and Regional Language is Essential
