Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.

• Schedule appointments and maintain records.

• Handle basic administrative and front-desk duties.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Support the team with day-to-day office tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in secretarial and related fields

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good computer and MS Office skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
