REAL ESTATE SALES SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure the achievement of assigned targets.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales supervision or real estate sales is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of 200+ successful sales.

Salary: ETB 74,051.72 gross monthly salary + 1% commission

Quantity Required: 10

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales agents to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and provide regular follow-up.

• Support team members in handling clients and sales activities.

• Track sales progress and prepare performance reports.

• Identify challenges affecting sales performance and recommend solutions.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of sales information.

• Coordinate with management and other departments to support smooth sales operations.

• Coach and develop team members to improve their sales skills and performance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team.

• Strong target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
