Real Estate Sales Supervisor

Central Hills is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Supervisor to coordinate, coach and monitor the sales team and ensure disciplined execution of the company's sales strategy.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years

Quantity Required: 2

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Sales Consultants.

• Set daily and weekly sales activities in line with team targets.

• Conduct morning planning and afternoon sales reviews.

• Monitor lead follow-up, appointments, site visits and sales activities.

• Coach sales consultants on prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing.

• Support team members in handling difficult clients and negotiations.

• Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales reporting.

• Identify sales gaps and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare regular sales activity and progress reports for management.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Management on leads, campaigns and market feedback.

• Promote teamwork, accountability and professional sales discipline.
