Real Estate Sales Consultant

Central Hills Real Estate Development is looking for motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years

Quantity Required: 10

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, social media, referrals, networking and personal prospecting.

• Present Central Hills properties professionally to prospective buyers.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.

• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

• Negotiate professionally and support the closing of sales.

• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM.

• Prepare daily sales activity reports.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networks.
