Job Description
. Purchaser/Procurement Officers select and purchase stock, materials, services or goods. organize tender procedures and select suppliers.
. Responsible for the delivery of goods as per the requested quality in time & in budgets.
. Understanding the rested materials with prepared payment & delivering the material with requested quality.
. Settlement of the received amount payment in time. Coordination of logistics.
- Support supplier evaluation and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and provide regular procurement status updates.
- Handle urgent purchasing requirements while maintaining proper procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of supplier pricing and company procurement information.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Procurement/Supply Chain Manager.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Purchase & Supply Management or in a related field of study
Experience: 4 years and above of working experience
Required Skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.• Strong coordination and networking skillsAttention to detail and strong administrative skills.ability to build strong working relationships
