Job Description
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software and technology projects.
- Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate project teams and monitor progress.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope.
- Prepare project plans, progress reports, and other project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken skills are mandatory for drafting official reports, communicating with international partners, and maintaining compliance.
- Oromo Proficiency: Fluency or native-level command (reading, writing, and speaking) is required when projects operate directly within regional communities or local government sectors.
