Job Description
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Task Breakdown: Monitor raw wheat cleaning, dampening/tempering moisture levels, roller mill gap settings, and sifting efficiency to maintain optimal extraction rates, Coordinate with On-Shift Quality Assurance (QA) analysts to verify physical and chemical parameters (gluten level, ash content, moisture, color, weight). Conduct routine line inspections and coordinate with the mechanical/electrical maintenance team for preventive maintenance or emergency machine repairs, Maintain clean machine areas according to pest-control protocols mandatory in grain storage and flour handling environments, Compile daily shift reports logging production output, raw material consumption, down-time root causes, and labor attendance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: at least 5 years experience
Relevant Experience: 2 years in supervisory position in food manufacturing industry.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: B.Sc. Degree: Food Engineering, Food Science & Post-Harvest Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry
