Location: Addis Ababa

Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate suppliers.

• Perform supplier due diligence, including quality checks and financial assessments.

• Maintain supplier databases and monitor performance.

Contracting & Negotiation

• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions.

• Draft, review, and administer contracts and SLAs.

• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational procurement policies.

Purchasing & Order Management

• Review requisitions and raise purchase orders.

• Track orders, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and support audits.

Strategic & Operational Support

• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels.

• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.

• Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing, and contract management.

• Proficiency with procurement

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience

• 6–8+ years of implementation experience
