What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for…

• Review and validate end-to-end logistics and order fulfillment processes.
• Validate order receiving, allocation, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery workflows.
• Review warehouse and inventory management processes and related business rules.
• Validate inventory availability, reservation, replenishment and stock movement processes.
• Review return, cancellation, damaged-item and failed-delivery processes.
• Validate service levels, operational controls, approval points and exception-handling mechanisms.
• Review integration handoffs between marketplace, warehouse, inventory, transport and other relevant systems.
• Identify operational gaps, process risks and missing business requirements.
• Review and validate SIT/UAT scenarios and expected business outcomes.
• Support the project team in resolving functional issues and validating proposed solutions.
• Provide recommendations for operational readiness and functional acceptance.

What we need from you

• Type: Full-Time / Permanent

• Location: Addis Ababa

• Expectations: High operational accuracy and strict adherence to NBE standards.

• Education Qualification:- 1^st Degree or Master’s Degree in in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Fulfillment, Distribution, or related areas, with practical experience in logistics, fulfilment, warehousing, and delivery operations; experience in WMS, ERP implementation, digital supply chain transformation, or system integration is preferred.
