Job Summary

Provide high-quality teaching and education to children in a nurturing and supportive environment aligned with the established curriculum. Foster a positive atmosphere that promotes the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of each student, ensuring opportunities for success for all learners.

Supervise students across a range of school-related settings, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Monitor and evaluate student progress, using assessments to support continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the wider community to support student development and strengthen collaborative relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain a well-structured, engaging, and safe classroom environment.

• Prepare and arrange learning materials in line with lesson plans and curriculum objectives.

• Develop and set up activities in advance to support upcoming lessons and student engagement.

• Welcome and supervise children upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and positive start to the day.

• Effectively manage student behavior and participation during class time.

• Promote and maintain students’ hygiene, health, and well-being throughout the school day.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan and review weekly learning activities.

• Report and document any student accidents or incidents, ensuring timely communication with parents and relevant staff.

• Plan and facilitate structured afternoon activities that support continued learning and development.
