Outbound Sales Representative
About the Role | We need a highly motivated Outbound Sales Rep who thrives on the phone. Your main goal is to turn cold leads into paying customers by selling premium digital services.
What You Will Do
- High-Volume Prospecting: Contact a minimum of 200 potential leads every day via calls and messaging.
- Close on the Phone: Manage the entire sales cycle and secure payments directly over the phone.
- Manage CRM: Meticulously track leads, follow-ups, and daily activities in our system.
- Strategic Selling: Overcome objections and use proven sales tactics to maximize your close rate.
- Daily Reporting: Take ownership of your numbers and submit daily performance reports.
Requirements

- Proven Closer: You have strong experience selling digital services over the phone.
- Tech Savvy: You have hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
