Job Description

Department / Office - General Manager’s Office

 

Reports To - General Manager

(Works in close partnership with all department heads—People & Culture, Operations & Logistics, Finance & Business Optimization, Sales & Business Development—on data, quality, and compliance matters.)

 

Job Purpose

Provide the General Manager and Executive Team with real-time, data-driven insight into company performance, while acting as the operational custodian of the ERP, QMS (ISO 9001), and FIDI-FAIM frameworks. By integrating business intelligence with quality and compliance oversight, the role ensures that strategic decisions are backed by accurate data and continuous-improvement principles.

Area

Core Duties

Strategic Performance Monitoring

  • Build and maintain company-wide KPI dashboards for the GM’s weekly and monthly review.
  • Produce executive briefings that highlight variances, root causes, and recommended actions.
  • Lead cross-functional “data huddles” to align departmental metrics with strategic goals.

Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics

  • Develop predictive models (e.g., demand forecasting, capacity utilization) for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Automate recurring reports using Power BI / SQL and ensure single-source-of-truth data integrity.
  • Champion data-literacy initiatives so managers can self-serve insights.

ERP & Database Administration

  • Serve as system owner for the ERP—manage user roles, workflows, and data quality controls.
  • Liaise with IT vendors on upgrades, customizations, and integrations with BI tools.
  • Document and refine SOPs to ensure consistent data capture across departments.

FIDI-FAIM Compliance

  • Maintain the FAIM compliance register and risk logs.
  • Own the audit-readiness calendar and lead pre-audit simulations.
  • Report compliance status to the GM with actionable improvement plans.

Project & Change Management

  • Act as project analyst for GM-sponsored transformation projects (e.g., new service line roll-outs, digitalization initiatives).
  • Track milestones, resource burn, and ROI to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

 

 

 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, data analysis, performance management, or a related role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence/data visualization tool.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret operational and business data.
  • Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Good understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRIS, Power BI, or other business intelligence and enterprise business systems.
  • Knowledge of AI and automation tools for business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, international moving, supply chain, or service businesses.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or DAX.
  • Experience developing automated management reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or business process mapping.
  • Experience translating data into management recommendations and strategic decisions.
