Office, Accounting & Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a female employee to join our office in Addis Ababa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office, including administration, basic accounting, document filing, digital marketing, and social media management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office administration and general office tasks

• Maintain and organize company files, records, invoices and documents

• Assist with accounting, payment records, expenses and basic financial documentation

• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and company reports

• Manage and organize digital and physical documents

• Handle company social media accounts and online marketing activities

• Create and post content related to our products

• Communicate with customers and respond to online inquiries

• Support product promotion through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other platforms

• Assist with product research and online business development

• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by management

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Female candidate

• Good English communication skills

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word

• Basic accounting knowledge and experience

• Good organizational and filing skills

• Experience in social media and online marketing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, organized and able to work independently

• Previous experience in an office, trading company or similar business is an advantage
