Job Description
Altera Luxury Living / FTE Engineering PLC, located around Bole Japan, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Night Housekeepers / Public Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be comfortable working overnight shifts to ensure our premium premises remain immaculate, sanitized, and perfectly presented for the following day.
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Deep clean and maintain public areas, lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and administrative offices during the low-traffic night hours.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub floors, and steam-clean carpets as required.
* Dust high-surface areas, polish furniture, and thoroughly clean glass doors and windows.
* Ensure all trash and recycling bins across the premises are emptied and sanitized overnight.
* Restock all essential guest supplies and restroom amenities to prepare for morning operations.
* Keep a vigilant eye out for any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards and log them for management.
Requirements
* Shift Availability: Must be fully available and physically fit to work overnight/night shifts.
* Education: High School Diploma (10th/12th grade complete) or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services (prior night-shift experience or work in luxury apartments, hotels, or corporate offices is highly preferred).
* Skills and Attributes:
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Highly dependable with the ability to work independently with minimal night-time supervision.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Exceptional attention to detail and standard of cleanliness.
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Physical stamina to manage heavy-duty cleaning tasks and stay active overnight.
