MR Family is looking for kind, responsible, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Companions. We welcome people who have a genuine heart for others and are committed to providing companionship, kindness, respect, and emotional support.

Job Requirements

• Education: Grade 10th or grade 12th completed.

• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Age: 18–30 years old.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation to clients.

• Offer emotional support and encouragement.

• Treat clients with kindness, dignity, and respect.

• Engage clients in social activities and meaningful conversations.

• Listen to clients’ concerns and help reduce feelings of loneliness.

• Maintain a caring, safe, and respectful environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Physical Appearance: Must maintain a healthy, well-groomed, neat, and presentable appearance.

• Smartphone: Must own and be able to use a smartphone.

• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Personality: Kind, patient, respectful, responsible, and trustworthy.

• Compassion: A genuine heart for others and a sincere desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.

• Attitude: Positive, attentive, reliable, and willing to learn.
