Job Description
- Control QC document. Production work must match with documents.
- Carry out Incoming QC, In process QC, Post QC
- Control QC personnel and Closely contact with QA/RA officer
- Support external audit such as EFDA, ISO, WHO based on QMS.
- Collect blood and dilute it and be ready to use QC process. Work related with blood like blood sending to abroad and etc.
- Carry out calibration of devices which used in the production and QC process. QC related job
- Carry out order issued by QA/QC Representative
- Take guidance from QA/RA officer
- Update and report blood, calibrator and retain room data monthly.
- Maintain your work manual which is prepared for your absence.
- Your name may be used for EFDA COC registration as production manager.
