Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or with related field of study
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience on Marketing and related areas
Quantity Required: 4
Salary: ETB net 10,000/month + Sales Commission
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and support the marketing team.
Communicate with customers in person and via phone።
Drive sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved.
Coach, monitor, and evaluate marketing officers.
Prepare marketing and sales performance reports.
Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
Ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals and policies.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
Strong sales-oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.
Ability to supervise teams and coordinate marketing activities.
Good reporting and problem-solving skills.
