Lydetco PLC, a fast-growing renewable energy company specializing in solar PV and solar thermal solutions, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer. The role is central to strengthening our market presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth. The officer will plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities, conduct market research, and contribute to promotional campaigns that enhances Lydetco’s mission of powering Ethiopia with sustainable energy solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Marketing activities: Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Customer identification: Identify potential customers and explore new market opportunities.
• Market research: Conduct surveys and studies to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Customer support: Assist in customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
• Campaign support: Contribute to the design and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Competitor monitoring: Track competitors and analyze market conditions.
• Information management: Maintain updated customer and market databases.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic marketing activity reports for management.
• Team support: Provide operational support to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
