Job Summary
Our hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Officer who possesses a strong blend of digital marketing expertise and corporate relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient growth, expanding our corporate clientele, and elevating the hospital’s brand presence both online and offline within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Management: Manage the hospital’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). Create engaging health awareness content, manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads), and monitor web analytics.
- Corporate Partnerships (B2B):Identify, approach, and secure corporate healthcare contracts with corporate organizations, insurance providers, schools, and NGOs for staff wellness packages and health screenings.
- Public Relations & Outreach: Organize community health camps, seminars, and blood donation drives to boost community engagement. Manage the hospital's reputation and gather patient testimonials.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and corporate tie-ups, providing data-driven reports to management.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven marketing experience. Prior experience working within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Proven expertise in social media management, SEO, and running digital ad campaigns.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and corporate networking skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, ethics, and patient privacy guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language).
