Job Description
Scope / Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing activities to promote the company's tour, travel, vehicle rental, ticketing, hotel booking, and related services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across relevant digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Support the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing content.
- Manage and promote the company's services through social media and other digital platforms.
- Identify and engage potential customers, partners, organizations, and business opportunities.
- Support brand awareness and strengthen the company's presence in the tourism and travel market.
- Monitor marketing activities and provide regular reports on campaign performance and market developments.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to generate leads and support business development activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and promotional activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
