Job Description

Manager, IT Strategy is responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of the strategic technology vision and roadmap for Zemen Bank to drive innovation, optimize IT investments, and support the bank's long-term growth and competitiveness. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with the Bank's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that technology investments and capabilities support the bank's growth and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information System or in related fields Software

Experience:

At least 8 years relevant experience with 2 years as Manager IT Strategy Division / Section Head Level/ Equivalent in a supervisory role.
