Manager, Digital Banking Innovation
To increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent mobile banking, internet banking and effective card production and operation service in line with the bank’s policy and procedure.
- Lead the Digital Banking Business operations (Card Banking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking).
- Implement digital banking operations policies and procedures and recommend changes as required.
- Check that mobile, internet and card banking operations adhere to the Bank’s financial and operational strategies, policies and working manuals.
- Manage information associated to digital banking operations and ensure that they are tracked, communicated and maintained. Initiate new digital banking product offerings based on analysis and follow up the implementation of new product features.
- Resolve Customer complaints in collaboration with staff in branches. Follow up online customer account transactions that are carried out by digital channels.
Requirements
Education Requirements
MSC, MA, BA in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, MIS, IT, or related.
Experience Requirement
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years as Principal Digital
Banking Innovation Officer, Principal Channels Officer, Principal Mobile & Internet Banking Officer or equivalent position
