Luxury Residential Room Attendant / Housekeeping

Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Suite Cleaning: Perform complete turn-down and deep-cleaning services for building guest suites and model units, including changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Sanitation: Deep-clean and sanitize luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces using property-approved, high-end cleaning products.
- Amenity Presentation: Refresh, restock, and neatly arrange luxury bathroom amenities, towels, minibar items, and promotional materials.
- Common Area Policing: Maintain the pristine appearance of premium residential lounges, hallways, elevator banks, and restroom facilities throughout the shift.
- Linen & Supply Management: Organize housekeeping carts daily, track chemical inventories, and report linen shortages or stained items to management.
- Defect Reporting: Inspect rooms during cleaning and immediately report any maintenance defects (e.g., burnt-out lightbulbs, leaking faucets, torn carpets) to the engineering team.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Day and night shifts available (Weekend and holiday availability required).
Work Location
- In-person at Addis Ababa, Bole area.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of housekeeping or room attendant experience in a five-star hotel, luxury high-rise, or premium resort.
Physical Stamina: Heavily physical role requiring the ability to bend, kneel, reach, push heavy carts, stand for 8 hours, and lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).
Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for absolute cleanliness, symmetry, and elite presentation standards.
Discretion: Strict adherence to building privacy policies regarding resident identities, belongings, and schedules.
Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening and reference verification check.
