Tana Drilling Industries (TDI), established in 2004 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, aims to make a lasting impact on the water well drilling industry in the region and beyond. The company has successfully drilled over 200 deep wells, totaling more than 34,000 meters in various Ethiopian regions. What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown: 

• Build, evaluate, and maintain a highly reliable domestic supplier database.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of local purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
• Develop and execute annual local sourcing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage request for quotations (RFQs), invitation to bids, and bid evaluations’
• Formulate procurement budgets and implement systemic cost-saving initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 6/4 years

Relevant Experience: 4/2 years at Managerial position.  

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: BA/BSc/MSc in Purchasing & Supplies/ Business Administration/ Management or related field

Additional Information

• Salary: We offer a competitive salary that is Negotiable as per company scale
• Work Location: This position is based at Kality/Addis Ababa/
• Contract Type: This is a permanent position.
