Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Liaison Officer works closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) executing operational initiatives, responsible for document delivery, receipt on behalf of the company, and communicating issues to responsible governmental department or other business stakeholders (i.e., insurance, banks, and third-party service providers and etc.)
Main Accountabilities:
- Day to day liaison with Government counterparts of the company at federal and local level
- Serve as a focal point for receiving and delivering documentations to governmental and other business stakeholders.
- Responsible for collecting information, data and documents relevant to specific activities, from various partners and under the guidance of the chief Operating Officer.
- Responsible for renewal of Business licensees, Insurance and other business-related certificates
Any other task assigned by the different departments/sites of the company
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
- Degree in Business Administration or similar field of studies.
Experience
- Minimum of four years of work experience in the areas of liaison work
- Familiarity of working with national and local government systems in Ethiopia
- Proficiency in computer related skills
