Kindergarten Teachers

As a Kindergarten Teacher at Ethio Excellence Academy, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will engage with children and their families from diverse backgrounds, promoting learning and development through creative and effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate children's cognitive and social development.

• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to children and parents as necessary.

• Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork, communication, and social skills.

• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to enhance the educational experience.

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.

• Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

• Maintain accurate student records and documentation as required.

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

• B.Ed./B.A/B.Sc./M.Sc/M.A. in any field of study OR preferably Certificate or Diploma in KG Teaching
