Job Description
- Assist in the analysis of IT System requirements and participate in feasibility studies to determine the best use of technical resources.
- Under the direct supervision of Head, System Administration and Support Division, take part in installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT systems.
- Implement and operate Breakthrough Trading S. C’s Data Management program.
- Assist in the implementation of MIS.
- Assist Timely maintenance and rectification of hard wares or soft wares in different work units.
- Assist the timely preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, soft wares, and network connections.
- Give support to/help company staff in fixing their computer problems.
- Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance of all Breakthrough Trading S.C computer hardware and software.
- Closely follow up systems integration and design efficiency.
- Participate in Conducting IT reform training to all concerned staff in the Company
- Assist in the development of operator’s manual and technical manuals describing the system structure.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
