Job Summary:
CLT Toolbox Engineering is seeking a Junior Structural Engineer to join our team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Responsibilities:
- Work in accordance with company policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Develop Python-based engineering calculators using AI-powered development workflows, with strong technical accuracy and user-focused thinking.
- Communicate proactively and effectively across the SPEC Toolbox team.

Requirements
Qualifications
- B.Sc. (2+ years) or M.Sc. (entry-level) in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of structural design codes/standards.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages and AI-powered development tools is a plus.
