About The Position
Title: Junior Software Developer / Engineer
AfroReach is quickly expanding beyond SMS and we would like to invite developers who are eager to build impactful products with us – products that are already live and used by hundreds of businesses every day as well as new products which will serve the same scale of businesses.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some professional experience, if you’re curious, eager to learn, and love solving problems, we want to hear from you.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving mindset — you think in solutions, not excuses.
Good communication and people skills — you can collaborate, share ideas, and support teammates.
Curiosity to explore, experiment, and learn new tools & technologies.
Willingness to “try, break, fix, improve” — and share what you’ve learned.
Bonus Points If You Can Show Us
A project you’ve worked on (personal, academic, or professional) and how you approached it.
Your thought processes when facing technical challenges building such projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working on real-world products already serving hundreds of businesses.
